Welcome to Reels.Baby! By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Two Lighthouses LLC, trading as Reels.Baby (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Description of Services

Reels.Baby offers monthly short-form video content creation services. Customers can choose from three subscription packages:

2.1 .Baby Package ($300/month)

• 4 custom videos (10–20 seconds each)
• 1 post per week
• 30-Minute Account Strategy Consultation

2.2 Reel.y Package ($600/month)

• 12 custom videos (up to 30 seconds each)
• 3 posts per week
• Monthly Account Strategy Sessions
• Monthly Content Creation Sessions

2.3 Un.Reel Package ($3,000/month)

• 30 custom videos (up to 30 seconds each)
• 1 post per day
• Unlimited access to your account manager
• End-to-End Content Creation
• Professional UGC Sourcing & Production

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed via Stripe and billed monthly in advance of the service period.
• Customers are charged at the beginning of the month for work conducted during that month.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled (see Section 7 for cancellation details).

4. Refund Policy

• Customers are eligible for a 30-day refund if no content has been created by Reels.Baby during the billing cycle.
• Refunds are not available for services where content has already been created.

5. Delivery Terms

• Delivery timelines depend on the package chosen. Specific timelines are issued each month.
• Standard production schedule:
  • Clients must upload content by Monday at 12 PM ET.
  • Videos will be ready for review by Thursday at 6 PM ET.
  • Revision requests must be submitted by Monday at 12 PM ET.
  • Revisions are typically completed within 48 hours, subject to availability.
• Missed deadlines by the customer will not be refunded, redone, or rolled over.

6. Ownership and Usage Rights

• Once approved by the client, the videos become the property of the client.
• Clients have unrestricted rights to use the videos for any purpose.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are required to provide content weekly in order to customize the videos.
• Content limits:
  • .Baby Package: Up to 20 minutes of footage per week.
• Customers are responsible for submitting content on schedule, as well as reviewing and approving videos.
• Missed deadlines or failure to provide content will result in no refund, redo, or rollover of services.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Customers must submit cancellation requests via email to info@reels.baby.
• A 15-day notice period is required before the next billing date.
• If a cancellation is made within 15 days of the next billing cycle, the subscription will terminate after the next billing cycle, and the customer will be charged for the upcoming month.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reels.Baby will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Service interruptions, missed deadlines, or third-party software failures.
• Any loss or damage arising from the misuse of delivered videos or failure to meet customer responsibilities.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services during the month of the claim.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately if:

• You breach these Terms and Conditions.
• You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
